
MAPLE DIJON VINAIGRETTE

Makes about 1 cup of vinaigrette/5 mins Prep Time
Ingredients
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 small shallot, minced
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar (white wine vinegar works, too!)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Coombs Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small jar with a lid and shake until combined. Toss with greens and enjoy!
